What are the factors influencing logistics outsourcing? How should 3PL providers and users cooperate to improve logistics effectiveness and efficiency? How could a 3PL user governance their relationships with 3PL providers. For example, inter-organizational relationships, such as trust, relationship commitment, interdependence, etc., play a crucial role in the cooperation/integration of 3PL providers and uses and logistics outsourcing, which leads to logistics performance.

All accepted papers will be published in the workshops proceedings book, under an ISBN reference and on CD-ROM support. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the workshop. If the registration fees are not received by April 29, 2012, the paper will not be published in the workshop proceedings book.
