Aims
With the economic globalization, the industries in each country have been presenting new phenomena, new situations and new challenges. Thus there is a necessity for academics to conduct in-depth research on industrial organization, industrial structure, industrial development, industrial distribution, industrial policies as well as the theories of industrial security in globalization. International Conference on Industrial Economics System and Industrial Security Engineering (IEIS) is initiated under such backgrounds. Focusing on strategic demands of industrial economy and of industrial security in every nation, this conference is to provide a forum for scholars and practitioners in the world to discuss the problems in industrial economics and industrial security theories and practices. It aims to provide insights in solving the problems in national economy, social development and economic security.
IEIS is jointly initiated by China Center for Industrial Security Research of Beijing Jiaotong University, International Center for Informatics Research of Beijing Jiaotong University and University of California at Berkley. IEIS’2014 was held in Berkeley, California, US and Beijing China. And the Proceeding of IEIS’2014 was published by Springer-Verlag.
IEIS’2015 will be hosted by China Center for Industrial Security Research of Beijing Jiaotong University, the International Center for Informatics Research of Beijing Jiaotong University, School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University, in cooperation with Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya BarcelonaTech, University of Reading and will be held during 27-29 July, 2015 in Barcelona, Spain, with satellite sessions in Beijing, China.

Paper Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference website: http://icir.bjtu.edu.cn/ieis2015 or http://www.upc.edu/ieis2015. The submitted paper and relevant information must be written in English. Full research papers as well as work-in-progress reports are welcome. Authors are required to certify that their papers are original and not considered for publication elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to any other conferences, workshops or journals is not allowed. The manuscript must be submitted in prescribed format (Microsoft Word and PDF template is available on the conference website), with limitation of at most 6 pages. Publications
Accepted papers, presented at the conference by one of the authors, will be published in the Proceedings (CD-ROM) of IEIS’2015. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. The proceedings will be published by Springer and sent to ISI-Knowledge for CPCI-S (former ISTP) indexing and Elsevier for EI Compendex indexing. The authors with excellent papers in conference proceedings will be invited to publish their academic thought and methods in some international academic journals indexed by SSCI/SCI or EI with high priority.
