LISS’ 2013 (3st International Conference on Logistics, informatics and Service Science), hosted by the international centre for informatics research(ICIR) and the school of economics and management in Beijing Jiaotong University, were held during August 20^th -23^th, 2013.

The conference was also undertaken by University of Reading. There are two conference halls, one is in the University of Reading, another is in the Beijing Jiaotong University.

The conference received 379 papers. 157 papers were recruited. 160 scholars from 11 countries were present at the conference.
