The submitted paper and relevant information must be written in English. Full research papers as well as work-in-progress reports are welcome. Authors are required to certify that their papers are original and not considered for publication elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to any other conferences, workshops or journals is not allowed. The manuscript must be submitted in IEEE format with limitation of at most 6 pages.
