IEIS2014-2022 were successfully held in Berkeley (USA), Barcelona (Spain), Sydney (Australia), Kyoto (Japan), Toronto (Canada), Maryland (USA), Budapest (Hungary, online), and Hongkong (China, online) by Beijing Jiaotong University. In total, more than 680 authors from 10 countries attended these conferences. The proceedings have been or will be indexed by CPCI-S (former ISTP) or EI Compendex from 2015 to 2022. In 2016, IEIS was approved by IEEE to be one of IEEE conference series.

    IEIS2023 will be hosted by IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Logistics, Informatics and Industrial Security Systems, National Academy of Economic Security of Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing Laboratory of National Economic Security Early-warning Engineering, the International Center for Informatics Research of Beijing Jiaotong University, School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University, in cooperation with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China, the University of Reading, UK, and will be held during July, 2023, China.
